Every delegate needs to register on arrival at the Conference Registration Desk in the Plaza Level Foyer. Digital directories are positioned throughout the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre to help guide you there.

We recommend arriving early on day one to beat the queue and settle in before the opening session begins.
What You'll Receive
Nametag & Conference Bag
On registering, you'll be handed a conference nametag and a conference bag containing your program information along with materials from our sponsors.
Wear It All Day
Nametags required at all times
Your nametag is your access pass to lecture streams, the exhibition floor and all catering, so please keep it visible for the full two days.

All delegates are welcome to join the Breakfast Plenary session in the Plaza Rooms from 8:00am–9:00am on both Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast is served in the Exhibition Area, and you're welcome to carry your plate straight into the plenary session.

The 2027 VSS Conference Dinner takes place on Saturday 13 March and is complimentary for all full conference ticket holders. The evening opens with pre-dinner drinks and canapés, followed by a two-course meal — the perfect chance to catch up with industry peers, enjoy a few thank-you presentations, and dance the night away with one of Brisbane's best DJs.

Smart Casual
The dress code for conference delegates is smart casual. This applies to lectures, the trade display and the Conference Dinner.
Refunds
30+ days' notice required
We're happy to provide ticket refunds with at least 30 days' notice, excluding the booking fee. Unfortunately refunds aren't possible with less than 30 days' notice, due to event supplier costs.
