Poster Sessions

Our valued Platinum and Gold sponsors are invited to run a clinical or non-clinical "Poster Session". Typically these sessions are interactive, fun and offer prizes to the audience, leaving a lasting impression and connecting delegates with your brand.

Each poster session runs for 15 minutes and there are only 5 sessions available on a first in, first served basis, with timeslot priority given to our Platinum Sponsor:

Saturday 13 March: morning tea, lunch or afternoon tea
Sunday 14 March: morning tea or lunch

There is only 1 Poster Session per break, to ensure you receive maximum exposure. Please contact us ASAP if you wish to secure one of these coveted spots, as they will fill quickly.

Delegate Passport

All sponsorship levels are added to our printed "Passport", which is given to all delegates during Conference registration and includes an event floorplan listing each sponsor exhibit.

Delegates will be encouraged throughout the Conference to visit every sponsor stand to receive a "stamp" on their passport (stamps to be provided by VSS). Once they've received stamps from every sponsor, delegates can return their completed passport to reception and go in the draw to win prizes.

This is a great opportunity to ensure your exhibit receives maximum visitation and engagement by delegates.

Delegate Gift Bags

All sponsorship levels are invited to contribute promotional flyers (maximum A4 size) and/or merchandise to our "Delegate Gift Bags", which are included with Conference tickets and handed out upon registration.

VSS provides the bags and a number of quality promotional items within each bag. The addition of sponsor gifts adds value to the bags, which are always a highlight of the event and are designed for long-term use to stay top of mind with delegates.

Enjoy maximum exposure for your brand amongst a captive target audience — both during and long after the Conference.

Raffle

All sponsorship levels are invited to contribute a prize or prizes to our "Raffle", which will be held during the afternoon tea break in the Exhibition Hall on the final day of the Conference (Sunday).

This is always a highlight of the Conference with maximum attendance and participation by delegates, as the total prize pool typically exceeds $10K!

Your brand will receive maximum exposure, with acknowledgement of your contribution throughout the event and logo inclusion in the Raffle section of the printed Program Guide.

All Raffle sponsors will be listed in 1 x Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and website blog posts, after the conclusion of the Conference.
